My Own Experience

So now let me tell you a little about my own personal experience of Turbulence training. I am not one who likes to spend time in the gym - truth is I just don't have the time for it. So the fact that I could follow the Turbulence training program at home was the main reason that I decided to give it a try. I was surprised to find that the program includes a lot of bodyweight exercises, which suits me fine - I don't do weights! And also some great nutrition advice.
