It may seem a bit back-to-front but I will start by summing the book up in as short a sentence as I can. It is quite simply one of the most complete, detailed, and precise guides to fat loss that I've ever seen. So What Makes It Different? So if Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle is not merely just one more weight loss publication on the market what makes it so different? Well mostly, it's the attention given to each and every element of successful fat loss. It's the plain-English, No BS dispelling of myths and fallacies and the pain-staking detail given to every aspect of diet, exercise and lifestyle. Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle could be the only weight loss publication you will ever need. We Are All Individuals. So what is this diet program all about. Is it high carb, low carb, high protein, low protein - what? Well that depends. The real essence of this fat reduction method is that there is no "one size fits all" solution. Someone who is desperate for quick answers to their weight problem might become a little impatient to get to the parts that are relevant to them. But otherwise, it's all good, and everything from eating to exercise is covered in detail. Burn the Fat is not something you can download and read in an evening (plus, it comes with several bonus files). But I strongly recommend that you stick with it. The book can be downloaded as a clean and professionally formatted PDF file. But if you need hard copy you will need to print it yourself. There are very few graphics, but that makes it perfect for printing off and reading at leisure. So.....overall impression? You should buy Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle.
